As adolescents, Beyond Concepts founders Jeffrey Carlin and Andrew Ault constantly formulated ideas for what they thought could be the next best thing. Though the ideas were often beyond the limited resources of two boys, the time spent generating the ideas served to fuel the entrepreneurial spirit as they became men. The experience also formed both a desire to create and a knack for research and development. These factors led Jeffrey to a career in Engineering and Sales while Andrew was drawn to Business Management and Manufacturing.
